Japan Stigmatized Property 3 Completion Route

A practical grind order for all 32 achievements without burning partners on your weakest property first.

Goal of this route

Japan Stigmatized Property 3’s 32 achievements reward patience more than speedruns. The smart order teaches recognition on Normal, pressure-tests on Hazard Pay, then spends co-op social capital on encyclopedia nights—not on teaching a friend how A/D works. Pair this route with the Achievement List theme map.

Phase 0 — Desk setup (one evening)

  1. Rehearse Controls until W and A/D are automatic.
  2. Read fail math in How to Play and False Reports.
  3. Open the Shift Checklist in a browser tab you will keep for the whole grind.
  4. Decide platforms: Steam Windows/macOS, iOS, or Android. Cross-play is fine; unstable Wi-Fi is not. See Platforms.

Do not schedule co-op until Phase 0 is done. Room-code friction plus tutorial mistakes is how Mixed-review complaints are born.

Phase 1 — Normal survival clears (all four properties)

Order suggestion for learning density:

  1. Kannonzaki Park — outdoor reads teach distance and lighting.
  2. Blue House — corridor discipline.
  3. Y Residence — interior patience.
  4. Sugiya Ryokan — clutter final exam.

Earn the per-property regular clear badges and the all-properties regular finisher. If you fail, restart the same property until the fail reason is boring. Switching properties every death resets your baselines and wastes hours.

Phase 2 — Normal report-alls

Stay on Normal. Hunt missing ledger entries property by property. Randomization means you will repeat nights; that is expected. Rules of Phase 2:

  • Never false-report to “force” a catalog entry.
  • Always finish a full camera rotation after every scare.
  • Toggle night vision on every stop—mode-locked anomalies hide here.
  • Track which property still feels noisy; finish its report-all before Hazard Pay.

When Normal report-alls and the all-properties regular report badge are done, you have the recognition bank for harder tracks.

Phase 3 — Hazard Pay survival clears

Now enter special allowance. Read Hazard Pay again: denser spawns, three false reports. Clear each property once, then the all-properties special finisher. If a property still wrecks you, return to Phase 2 on that site instead of rage-queuing co-op.

Optional bridge: if a badge exists for completing both regular and special across all properties, claim it here before encyclopedia Hazard Pay.

Phase 4 — Hazard Pay report-alls

Hardest solo grind. Expect longer sessions and more breaks—jump scares and blood add up. Keep audio high, overlays low, and the checklist honest. Do not mix co-op experiments into these nights; thermal habits can distract from solo ledger discipline.

Phase 5 — Co-op survival clears

Book a partner. Use How to Co-op and Cross-play. Agree on:

  • Who hosts the room ID and password
  • Callout format (camera, mode, change)
  • Who watches thermal after NV (Thermal Camera)
  • A rule against double-reporting uncertain pixels

Clear co-op shifts on all four properties, then the all-properties co-op badge. If room codes fail, swap host platform once before blaming the game forever—early UX complaints are real, but retries often work.

Phase 6 — Co-op report-alls and grand finishers

Schedule dedicated ledger nights. Survival clears do not guarantee report-alls. Work one property per session when possible so both officers remember baselines. Finish per-property co-op report badges, the all-properties co-op report set, then the grand “regular + special + co-op” completion trophies.

What not to do

  • Do not start on Sugiya Hazard Pay report-all as your first badge hunt.
  • Do not invite a brand-new partner into Phase 6.
  • Do not invent percentage goals; invent clean nights.
  • Do not ignore A/D bugs—pause, refocus, restart if rotation is corrupt mid-ledger.

Series veterans

If you 100%’d Japan Stigmatized Property 1 or 2, your loop knowledge transfers, but property memory does not. Keep comparison light—Series vs JSP1 / JSP2—and treat JSP3’s co-op gate as the new tax.

Exit criteria

You are done when Steam shows 32/32, not when you “feel” finished. Archive your checklist state, thank your co-op partner, and keep Review notes honest about whether the grind was worth the reskin debate. This route exists so the association’s paperwork costs fewer friendships than necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for Japan Stigmatized Property 3 shifts.

What is the best order for Japan Stigmatized Property 3 achievements?

Stabilize controls, clear Normal survivals, finish Normal report-alls, then Hazard Pay survivals and report-alls, and only then run co-op clears and co-op report-alls.

Should I do co-op early for achievements?

No. Teach yourself the loop first. Co-op time is limited social capital—spend it on gated badges after your baselines are solid.

Which property should I learn first?

Many officers start with Kannonzaki Park or Blue House before tackling clutter-heavy Sugiya Ryokan as a final Normal exam.

How do I avoid wasting Hazard Pay nights?

Complete Normal report-alls on a property before its Hazard Pay ledger so you already recognize most silhouettes under stricter false-report limits.
